Canfor Pulp required project development support and a team to pull together the project plan, impact assessment, and expected benefits for a significant upgrade of their existing steam turbine generators. CEC was selected and managed the project development and implementation including AFE preparation, contract development, and project execution plan. Our team was responsible for project and construction management and completed the project on time and budget. An additional benefit for Canfor Pulp was the integration of the CEC team with the existing project and operations personnel to seamlessly deliver a project according to the Canfor capital, engineering, maintenance, and operations processes and systems.
